Self-Awareness is the capacity for introspection and the ability to recognize oneself as an individual separate from the environment and other individuals.
Shelly Duval and Robert Wicklunds Theory:
The psychological study of self-awareness can be first traced back to 1972. The famous psychologists Shelly Duval and Robert Wicklunds proposed the theory: when we focus our attention on ourselves, we evaluate and compare our current behavior to our internal standards and values. We become self-conscious as objective evaluators of ourselves.
Daniel Goleman Theory:
Psychologist Daniel Goleman proposed a popular definition of self-awareness in his famous book
Emotional Intelligence as:
knowing ones internal states, preference, resources, and intuitions.
Personalities Types
Analyst
Analyst role personalities are rationalist and technology pursuits. There are two traits in Analyst role: Thinking Trait and Intuitive Trait. Personalities types in the Analyst Role are:

Their curiosity drives them and their insatiable thirst for knowledge keeps them motivated. They are unlikely to be affected by cynics. They are self-confident and have insightful observation. They work by employing the sense of perfectionism and even morality. They always work rationally no matter how attractive the goals are.
