
Motivation
Motivation is the word that derives from “motive”, meaning needs, desires, desires or entities within individuals. In simple terms, when we are encouraged or want to do something to receive the reward, apart from complacency.
Incentive Motivation.
Incentive motivation is a type of motivation that is used when you or others know it’s a reward once a particular goal is achieved. This is the kind of reward that makes people work a little more.
Fear Motivation
The fear motivation forces a person to act against the will. It’s instantaneous and does the job quickly. Anyone who sets and achieves big goals knows that responsibility plays a major role in achieving his goals.
Achievement Motivation
It’s the impulse to pursue and achieve goals. A person motivated by performance wants to achieve goals and climb the ladder of success. Performance is important to you, not the associated rewards.
Power Motivation
Power-based motivation is a type of motivation that gives others the energy to have more control, usually by using positions in employment or organizations. It’s ideal for those who want to change the world around them based on their personal vision. People motivated by power have an impact on their organization and are willing to take risks.
Affiliation Motivation
People often say that it’s not what we do, but what we know that determines our success. Those who use motivation as a driving force to achieve their goals blossom when they connect with others in positions of higher power than themselves. It is a great strength to help you reach your social goals and move forward in the world.
Competence Motivation
It helps others to progress in a particular area and to be more competent. This type of motivation is particularly useful when it comes to learning new skills and finding ways to avoid the obstacles you encounter in different areas of life.
Attitude Motivation
A type of motivation that reaches those who want to change in an intense way. The way they see the world around them and the way they see each other. The goals associated with self-awareness and self-change are achieved through attitude motivation. It is about what people think and feel. It’s their self-confidence and their attitude to life.
Arousal Theory of Motivation
The Arousal Theory of Motivation states that motivation is associated with certain levels of “arousal”, which in psychology means mental alertness and activeness. It states that the environmental factors influence the level of arousal. People take specific steps to achieve the optimal level of arousal by reducing or increasing the amount and type of stimulation they receive from the environment.
Equity Theory of Motivation
This Theory of motivation describes the relationship between the employee’s perception of how fairly is he being treated and how hard he is motivated to work. It is based on the idea that individuals are motivated by fairness. In simple terms, the theory states when an individual identifies an inequality between themselves and peer, they will adjust the work they do to make the situation fair in their eyes.
Expectancy Theory of Motivation
This motivation emphasizes the need for the organization directly link to performance and rewards to performance and to ensure that the rewards provided are those rewards deserved and wanted by the participants. This shows that employee motivation is an outcome of how much rewards he wants.
