Motivation is the word that derives from “motive”, meaning needs, desires, desires or entities within individuals. It’s the impulse to pursue and achieve goals. A person motivated by performance wants to achieve goals and climb the ladder of success. Performance is important to you, not the associated rewards.

The Arousal Theory of Motivation states that motivation is associated with certain levels of “arousal”, which in psychology means mental alertness and activeness. It states that the environmental factors influence the level of arousal. People take specific steps to achieve the optimal level of arousal by reducing or increasing the amount and type of stimulation they receive from the environment.

It is based on the idea that individuals are motivated by fairness.
